Page 131 of the Prospectus. Escrow doesn't look like a problem. The majority (75%) were released last year.
The "problem" if there is one, is the adoption (sales) is slower than expected. By the end of the year they will have manufacturing capacity of 40k units but Q1 sales were 121.
H2 will deliver the verdict one way or the other. Since my timing wasn't so great on entry, personally I'd be happy to see it dip a bit lower towards June 30.
