I agree.
It seems all that has happened since GTT got involved is ongoing strategic reviews.
In GTT speak this usually means charging off in a different direction.
FYI, David Saunders represented SOC in the matter I raised with the takeovers panel regarding the association of GTT and Hudson, so is intimately familiar with the inner workings of the Company and the previous Hudson and then GTT controlled boards.
Hardly what you would call independent.
