    Simmo, i do have to ask, is your insider still the one that assured it was good news coming when TTR was suspended last year for month due to almost going under because of the JV! I guess in the big picture it was good news, a buying opp and getting away from anything to do with EXT, but i don't think any investor welcomed what had become of the situation at the time.
