    I have indeed read the Glaucus report and I have read the QIN response, perhaps I can refer you to page 4, point C within the report issued 27th March. Amongst other details about Shanghai Richer Link they paid QIN in advance for shipments $2.25m USD, received into QIN bank account Sept 2016 and further to that QIN has visited their facilities in China, so "they do not have the money to buy anything" ????, clearly they had $2.25m USD sitting around to transfer to QIN before taking delivery. Sorry to be the bearer of accurate information
