The truth is the price still dropping and will keep dropping until end of the month almost for sure since tax reasons.
Base on the recent dropping rate, let's say the price is 2.0c in 1st July. Is there any chance to get the permit before 13 July? Let's hope the price will increase 50% in 10 days without any good news.
