Unfortunately I do not know the corporate law and if CBA have decided not to sell then they must know what is and isn't legal and will use this to their advantage. No doubt it looks as though they have pulled a fast one on HC...
Again until the delisting or takeoff is complete, TMR's sp will suffer. Shame about all this is that had the takeoff gone through smoothly the sp would have probably stayed strong and stable.
Will be interesting to see how this develops...
