So I assume the short answer to the question is "Nada" No update or the market should have released a notice of removal of a director by now. XPED has been accused of being secretive and not giving updates, but they finally did (and some posters are still not pleased with it). Since you have initiated the move for the removal of AL in this forum and a number of the posters heeded your call, it is only proper that an update on the move is also presented in the forum.
Correct if I am wrong, There may have been circumstances that might have happened that may this task more challenging. JEMSOFT was issued 50 million shares for once, so there would be another 5% needed. The proposed Future Placement will also make this task a little more difficult if this eventuate.
You mentioned the circumstances leading to the CN debacle which may be true. But is easy to make assumptions when you are outside then what really happened in the inside. Quakers post on the CN debacle gives another side of the story and its worth reading.
Correlation. Don't get me wrong, your initiative for a removal a director is "admirable' but I may not agree with the timing. XPED's goals are also admirable but in an unknown territory, circumstances may change and the goal post may have to be moved and priorities changed, So the words may not correlate to actions ( as you would expect it to be). Again, you must admit the company update is a positive development.
