    no legal firm is going to go after Watchstone on a purely pro bono basis
    pro bono isnt cut and dry like in the movies
    any pro bono scenario would effectively remove SGH's ability to accept any deals to resolve the matter, and would hand control to the whatever legal firm was running the case, end result settlement would cover said legal firms expenses and SGH would get next to nothing, in a pro bono scenario

    WHICH WONT HAPPEN ANYWAY
