Could also be a deal with a services company a la Halliburton like Laz was hinting at yesterday with this post. That was what U were hinting at wasnt it Laz ? Or is d taking too many liberties again.

Based on some circumstantial evidence arising from today's announcement, it appears that the oil services company selected to do the frac is likely to be Halliburton. The micro-stim was referred to as DFIT in today's announcement. I found the following when researching that term:

The DFIT is an acronym for Diagnostic Fracture Injection Test as coined by Halliburton and seems to be the name most generally given to this test. Schlumberger calls it a Mini-Fall-off (MFO) while others call it a mini-frac, data-frac, or g-function test. Regardless of nomenclature, the application is described as an injection fall-off test pumped at a low rate and low volume to create a fracture and then releasing the pressure and allowing the fracture to close naturally.
