Everyone on here needs to read section 4.3 very carefully and you will see, from the company itself, many of the concerns that have been highlighted on this forum over the past year. It is surprising to me that the company actually has no IP or patents because none of the patents have ever been granted - they are all only at application stage!

TARA IP Limited has some patent applications that have been licenced by TV2U Singapore, which has assigned the licence rights to TV2U Worldwide. But there are actually no patents, just applications that have not been progressed. Heck of a web being weaved there.

Section 4.3 is grim reading indeed.
