Reality is however that many won't outsource. These options have been available for some time at every practice I've worked at. The 40% cost savings are nothing new, it's just nobody has got the efficiencies 100% right yet (hopefully intiger does, very capable board).

There are plenty of fossils in the industry still, hence they need to continually regulate things like minimum education standards are people are stuck in their ways. Im not convinced a non-binding agreement will have all practices jumping over one another's to use the service.

Cheapest isn't always the best for everyone (although this is something I would consider using if I was starting a practice today). Just seems a lot of people here are a little naive as to how the industry is currently operating in reality. .. then again what would I know, I only do this for a living.
