Tom appears to be an astute operator and doing a great job at capital management.

I have a lot of respect for GOR management, they have done a great job and will continue to add value, but personally believe they should have let the stock have more of a run in the early stages rather than cutting it off with continual CR's at low prices. They played it safe and maybe that was the right thing to do, this is just my opinion.

By paying drillers in shares BRB may be able to let the share price run well past a dollar before raising further funds. For example they could raise $100m at $1.50 and still have less than 200m shares on issue. Personally I am not a big fan of unnecessary dilution.
