I don't own NTL and won't be buying. I'm not saying you won't make money, but there's been a few companies come and go over the years down there. The ground is subsiding and some houses are slowly falling into the tunnels.

In the 70's and 80's lots of hippies and very litigious environmentalists migrated into that area, check the news, they're very active, and it's mostly conservation area. In the DOC forests, if very valuable trees fall over, no one is allowed to recover them, even with a helicopter. It's very strictly monitored.

There certainly is gold and silver there, probably lots of it, but whether it's recoverable or not is a moot point.
