The reasoning for the hole is sound for me. Why wouldn't the DoMP support this and chip in $'s under the EIS.
Clearly explained everything in the release so don't know why anyone can say they're trying to dupe people?? A very successful result, good on them for taking the risk.
From my brief review there's a critical mass needed to restart the plant and this could go along way in supporting that decision, albeit with some more drilling etc. But it looks to me like giving the project a good chance coupled with yesterdays release anyway..
