Why is it proper divulge in the forum? Everyone who has pledged shares to the removal of a director is being kept abreast. As you do not agree with it and have not pledged, then you have not been updated. I am under no obligation to update the forum per se. Simple.
Yes, you are correct. The greater the shares issued, the greater the number needed to reach 5%; you are on a fishing expedition.
But let me share some insights with you:
1. It was not difficult hitting the 5% target.
2. The greatest number of pledges came on the day XPE decided to reward holders, again, with dilution. Ironic?
3. The difficulty lies in the mechanics of presenting the resolution.
I read all posts on the XPE threads. Which of Quaker's posts in particular? I have not read anything convincing about the CN being anything other than a disaster.
Rather than concerning yourself with my words and actions, do you have any comment of your own re: XPE words v. actions?
XPE words:
Marty - Athan did a fantastic job with the CN;
BoD - the CN did not contribute to the collapse in the SP.
XPE actions:
BoD cancels CN;
BoD initiates 2 CR events and flags a 3rd event.
