You are correct on that sense. But as a SH and participant of this forum who has an interest on the company's future, your proposed actions would have an impact on the normal business of XPED.
Good luck on your resolution which for me is moot and academic as you need a majority vote to remove a director. Despite of this, the company will continue to go about their business for the benefit of us, SH. Even if AL is removed, he would still remain as CEO unless the BOD decides otherwise.
I myself is disgusted with the SP and the CN debacle but Management admitted their errors and cancelled the rest of the CN. The latest update assures me that they are working with the partners in getting a slice of a widely uncharted trillion dollar IOT industry.
Management made mistakes and no doubt would have learned from it. Funds are needed to support the operations and converting the MOUs to licenses, then to revenue that would take time. We,who invested on this should know the risk of a SPEC stock beforehand. This industry is evolving that means goal posts need to be moved and priorities assessed. Their immediate goal is to get in revenue whilst other long term projects continues.
I respect your stand on your resolution and hopefully in a year's time, things will be much different and this CN debacle would not matter much.
