Your squeaky clean CEO David Williams announced the appointment of Brian McMaster and David Wintherbottom from Korda Mentha as on 30 May as Joint and Several Managers.
Chemeq 31 May announcement stated Bruce Jones; Andrew Saker and Darren Weaver from Ferrier Hodgson appointed (by the bondholders) as Joint and Several Receivers and Managers.
The Korda Mentha guys were relegated to "Voluntary Administrators". Real smooth title - "Voluntary Administrators"
The newspaper article you posted stated IFCA interests depend on receiver Brian Jones keeping the CMQ asset together!
