I disagree. I actually think they don't know. I think Management are not hiding anything, but are simply waiting for "events" to unfold. Problem is that the SP has fallen dramatically and they run the risk of an uprising from the shareholders (who will be after Board blood, so the Board will be keen to give Management a swift kick in the A to get things moving).

I guess where we differ in our views is that I don't believe in conspiracy theories, Doc's fairies at the end of the garden, or anything like that: I think that circumstances have "cornered" Management a bit, and they are simply waiting for the wheels to turn.
