Has anybody spoken with Darras or Stephens?
I got a brief reply from Michael Fry, with part of the strategic view being to consult large shareholders for their views, specifically to understand why they voted the way they did.
Not his exact words, and make of that, what you will.
I don't expect a reply from my second attempt to clarify the situation as I was rather blunt.
