Well I go out of the house for an hour or two and come back to yet another chapter in FAR's adventure series...what does it all mean?..logically it means either FAR is trying to force COP's hand for a settlement and the most pressure for that outcome would be from WPL...or we are just about to go to arbitration which niether COP nor WPL will want and FAR has nothing to lose but much to gain..
It also tells us that FAR obviously considers it has a very strong case and has a backer..
WPL has the option to take out FAR which I consider unlikely but certainly possible or take the chance on losing the lease...one would imagine the hotline between WPL and COP will be seeing some action...
Anyway it's great to see FAR sticking up for what they believe...
