I agree. I think Far Management are just trying to bluff their way into a bit more cash. If they were taking their rights seriously, we would have had legal action before now and COP know it.
I get the impression this is going to end badly for FAR, by virtue of the fact that we are playing a hand that may be strong, but by not playing it hard. reserving our rights is one thing, but taking the action to get the PE acreage is another.
