Last time I sent an email to EGO they responded quickly by posting an update. Might have to do the same. In fact, they are probably all waiting by the phone for one of us to call (and perhaps WE are the real reason they haven't updated us - as WE haven't called!).
I might have to send the ferret in to investigate....
