JB, I may be very wrong here but I think I read in the EES for the West Gate Tunnel that total PASS was only 85,000 cubic metres or a little over 200,000 tonnes. I can't now find where I read that figure so can someone enlighten me as to what the real figure is and where I can find it in the EES.
