    I can't agree with that. When CSL licensed Gardasil to Merck, the 7% royalties was disclosed long before the drug was even approved by the FDA.
    I have been in business long enough to know there is no secrecy with these deals. Do you honestly believe that when OSt negotiates a licence with APG they would have no idea what BHP is paying?
