I hope Protect Karangahake enjoy being prosecuted intentionally creating a safety hazard at a mine site. Not very bright are these people.

As for the guy who drove into the gate... Well... That could go from careless driving all the way to dangerous driving causing injury or assault with a deadly weapon.
