Yeah the general compliance mess-ups have me kind of annoyed and my sentiment has shifted a fair bit. Stuffing up the announcements on the buyback and failing to get the options issued are pretty poor efforts. I'm not surprised the SP is drifting back for now, and I'm still uncertain as to whether they'll use the original record date for issuing options or whether it will all need to be kicked off again.
