I watched the video of Brian Leadman's talk the other day and I have to say I squirmed the whole way through. This is the first time that I had seen Brian in person and I have to say I was not that impressed. I don't know what everyone else thinks but in my view he is not in the same league as Tony Keating. He lacked humility and a certain degree of professional presence compared to Tony and he appeared smug and self centred.

I can now understand why some posters are wary of his agenda and what he may or may not do in the future. He certainly appears to be only in this "for the money" and lacks the genuine passion for Rap that others have.

This opinion is only based on the film clip so I may have completely misjudged him. I hope so and would be interested to hear what others think.
