I cut my losses and sold EPT today - lost about 3k, took the money and put it into OSH.
Will pick it back up again when EPT get closer to announcement
A friend of mine is on the trial program, and he hasnt finshed yet - so i had to trust instinct and bail - sorry guys I really really really didnt want to
Expect the stock will test 40c
