There's isn't little they can do, there is nothing they can do.
Nobody in their right mind would dump at 1c and all the way down to 0.1c, yielding not even 500k from a 3mil investment locked up for a year. About an 83% loss. Big money doesn't operate like that and the holder of those 78m will most likely be behind the next pump, then they'll dump. There is no disagreeing that this will experience another pump at some point in the near future.
