Kimbo, There is no scenario that puts SNE back in COP's hands. They have sold it. FAR claim the right to preempt the sale, and that is [presumably] the only reason the government hasn't approved the sale. The 35% can only end in WPL's hands or FAR's (and then onsold). It cannot return to COP.
