classic insider trading information case, page-9

You are masterly, yet blatantly, endeavouring to divert attention from what it is, what it stands as:
Insider information. One-up CLEARLY stated, in his post: As a result of his discussion with the AEX's geologist (Trevor) he sold his shares. That was some weeks ago. What information that the geologist was privy to, was given to one-up and made him decide to sell?
Why THAT INFORMATION is not, was not available to the other shareholders?
Why, NOW one-up, come here and boasts that he sold, thanks to the info that was given to him by a company (AEX-Geologist, Trevor) employeee few weeks back?

We are only asking , (since one-up is loath to divulge what exactly was discussed between himself and Trevor, that according to your cover-up attempt, was not insider information, YET was enough to make him sell the shares in AEX) is for the company's management to instigate an investigation in conjunction with the Authorities, clearing thus the whole matter that has the potential to affect -in pecuniary terms- many an AEX investor adversely.
AEX, or any other company for that matter, cannot afford to have geologists behaving in a manner that either sends investors to buy or (as is the case with one-up) sell shares, as a result of their discussion. Company management, or geologists (as is the case here) are legally responsible to know that people who acquire insider information are going to use that information (illegally) to benefit themselves pecuniarly at the expense of other investors.
