I agree with you that it will fall back below 60 cents due to the fund-raising, but that is where the opportunity is. I will not buy before the meeting is held and the new shares are about to be issued but about that time it should be at its weakest and its the time to get into it -maybe it will be back at 50 - 55 cents at that time (hopefully!).
