BrainChip before hiring Louis expressed NASDAQ interest in the next 2 years. Louis' speech the other day indirectly confirms they are looking to list on the NASDAQ in the short term (1 - 2 years).
It will not dual list. If you hold shares on the ASX, your shares will be moved to NASDAQ. Check up with your broker to see if they support it. It will also most likely list on the NASDAQ at the same valuation as the ASX.
This thread is getting out of hand with NASDAQ talk. They're not transferring to the NASDAQ until BRN succeeds on the ASX.
