I don't think we are on the same page here. This is usually the order of things (if D4E happens): 1. SGH company valuation by SGH and our new lenders 2. D4E based on that company valuation. Lot of work to do to get to that point. As you can see the parties do not seem to be in any rush. FishNick I am still waiting for your D4E examples!!!
