Rubbish...it is very common to be on various Boards....his knowledge and experience would be sort after. If it was conflict of interest do you really think the current board would allow him to stay on??....why wouldn't APBL be equally concerned he may be 'using his space' to help VRC and MNS???....get in the 'real' corporate world guys...
