after a visit to the resource trust me greenies have not got a hope in hell of winning this, it is a nelson mandella area ,the people want basic living water power JOBS ,mining will happen & MRC know it & so do a few in the market who are buying MRC ,they are cheap!,a trade off has been done between greenies & mining dept ,xolobinnie is a go, not if but when govt pro mining decision out watch mRC fly.MRC very cheap.
