They won't be the ones that are worried... I'm naturally disappointed but probably in hindsight not surprised. It's a game of chicken at the Moment it would seem. The moguls have clearly decided they won't back this in until the legislation is fixed. Putting more pressure on the pollies...
If the board were smart they'd go into a halt or a suspension citing material financial support to that effect.. However, the fact that all these advisors have been called in probably suggests that some sort of equity raising component could be on the cards. I don't see these millionaires walking without some sort of plan. Unless they want to write off their investments. Admin is an option sure but how easy will it be to wrangle control with administrators.. I guess we await the response from the board now...
