yep, i been out for a while.. i'm still not convinced.. mirvac group sp still red.. japan not excited.. either this is something about to happen that we don't know about yet, or its just a short squeeze. Well only find out later of course, but I'm not going long on the basis of it.. in fact, the opposite if anything..
