I'm going to contact the company again.
They are pretty good I feel if they had something to hide they would be unresponsive it is entirely possible that this being their first mine that they are a little over whelmed by the enormity of compliance required
Sops safety reg guild lines to be outlined
Granted if a contractor has or is being employed it is expected that all guidelines are suitable for mine
This is just one such aspect of compliance from my end that I would see as being a potential hold up
It's no small task kicking a mine off I feel there is every chance they are genuinely just stuck nutting the basics out
