My suggestion, go systematic (I think you already are?) and reduce your size and do it via CFDs if necessary(if you make poor decisions by attempting to make money on the large SPI contract). Unless you see consolidation at resistance/support, do not exit your trade.
I've seen you use parabolic SAR - Today's move should have had no sell signal on your system. Do you consistently execute based on your system or do you randomly guess what the market must be doing? It's the haphazard trading and lack of process, that kills accounts and produces poor results.
