Have the Ds been able to buy shares on the market? - what with Wodger, the corporate/tenement knowledge etc. Maybe not!!
However, as shareholders they were able to both underwrite, take up the entitlements and maybe/probably too apply for shortfall options - back door acquisition and legit too.
