    Hi folks,

    Something is stirring TLW and TRP have had a strong finish to the week. Tullow should report next week on how current drills are going and Tower Resources had their AGM on Wednesday last.

    Just maybe Tullow might hook up with Tower, speculation nothing more.

    However Tullow is to have a small refinery up and running by 2009. This refinery will be sited close to the current oil finds around Lake Albert. That is from a speech made by Uganda's President yesterday
