I think your getting confused with the lack of information.
I kindly landed a helicopter when flying past Mt Sholl and approached Artemis and very generously notified them of the discovery now known as Purdys.
I pegged ground on that area and the rest is history.
People have and are prospecting on Purdys legally and I was only just standing on that ground last weekend admiring a hand full of gold nuggets.
Shortly I'd expect that prospectors will not be able to access this ground but for now it's very legal.
Maybe because I found the area and did the work of the exploration team share holders should give me a finders fee? That sounds better to me don't you think...
