Folks, I don't want to criticise, downramp or undermine PIQ. I am a former holder and have once again been considering entry. Over the past several months I've been contemplating the use of a "predictive" test. What I'm having trouble with, is that if you are an individual who is overweight and diabetic, it's somewhat obvious that on a linear health scale from 1-10, you're probably at a 2. I don't understand why a test to tell you you're at risk of CKD is such a hit. What % of people who are not high risk for CKD actually develop it? It's almost obvious and the onus is on the individual to change their way of lie...if they can of course. I don't get the mentality that we drink, smoke, eat unhealthy food, don't exercise then get sick and expect a test to confirm that things aren't looking good downstream. This is why many preventative health strategies (non clinical interventions) aren't so hot but curative (take a pill) are the rage and have been a way of life.

Someone, please feel free to give me a viewpoint that discredits my cynicism. Trying to get my head around this. It continues to stall and I'm wondering if my view is shared by potential investors. Cheers
