Thanks for clarifying the functionality. I guess it's easier to get access to a user's posts than deal with the companies to attempt to get access to non-user posts and facilitate feeds. Not sure if there is any benefit though to users in seeing just their own posts.
Couldn't disagree with you more on the need to respond to users. Best way to turn people off your product is to ignore them.
