Bray , there is a moral victory and a commercial victory , you will find these guys have very little tangible assets in their names , so if your looking for a financial victory check their assets first . DOL insurance generally has a clause that specifically excludes fraud ,criminal acts etc . so little chance of a claim there either.
Make sure you have done your homework or it may be expensive.
