Yep, essentially.
It may seem like a big gamble, but investing in these options are sort of worth it IMO.
For the small cost of the options - you are saving yourself a much bigger loss from the possible dilution which will occur when they all get exercised.
Out of Curiosity though, am I right in my assumption that the current exercise price of XPEOC @ >0.05
