Come on Optimix, make my day.

    Tell us your reasons
o for lying that IFCA had supplied reasonably requested financial information to the court
o for lying Lindsay David Hale Williams was not in CMQ at the time he announced the Inviro sale contract.
o When caught flip-flopping, you posted as if you were referring to the Inviro distributorship agreement and not your mystically hatched sale sub-contract! Whoops – sale sub-contract? Tell us more!
o For lying CMQ had won the appeal that interest earned should be counted towards satisfying the covenant. The mother of all ill logic – the accounting profession has not panic.

But Optimix, you are way below the expertise of your beloved model CEO Lyndsay David Hale Williams who perfected ASX announcements to an art-form with this mother of all announcement – DW asked shareholders to speculate why the bondholders objected to CMQ’s application to the court for more time and to burn more monies from the fast dwindling cash kitty in furtherance of the IFCA deal. DW must have known ID!OTS like optimix were incapable of understanding the judgment that stated IFCA refused to provide reasonably requested financial information to support CMQ’s application.

Yes, Optimix, all shareholders SHOULD DEMAND TO KNOW why the IFCA deal was drafted with the covenants to allow IFCA to walk! More importantly why did IFCA refused to supply relevant financial information IF it was so keen to see the IFCA deal succeed!
The IFCA deal OPENED A WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY for some to make their exit from the CMQ share registry and some to make substantial sum trading CMQ shares during those few memorable days.

And the opportunity for Virginiak (IF she was true to her postings) to buy, buy and buy more CMQ shares. Yes, the shares were getting cheaper and cheaper and cheaper still in liquidation. Thank you Mr David Williams for showing us all what he did as the CEO of Epic Energy and CMQ.
