Not so dex. As far as my understanding goes the govt decree that NO asylum seekers could be accommodated in Australia means that the majoprity of those guys had a LEGITIMATE cliam to asylum here.
The failure is that of our government to afford these folk the due protection they were entitled to. In other words, our politicians are the ones who should bear the brunt of our anger.
