I was not aware of Mantle till recently but it didn't take me long to invest.
1/ There are many gold projects happening across the globe but finally there is a beautiful project in Australia, run by Australians. I'm tired of investing in mines located in countries with either poor governance or poor infrastructure (sometimes both).
2/ Look at the expected grades ! Morning star is no new mine. There is gold there. The question is how much and the company is working at it. The resource was estimated based on a JORC 2008 compliant report of late company MCO (Morning Star Gold). Even if it is not compliant with JORC 2012 methodology, I would be surprised that the resource size changes dramatically when Mantle comes with a fresh estimate.
3/ Fully permitted mine and few hurdles to start mining, making Mantle a possible new player soon.
4/ Low market cap vs mine potential.
I hope that Management will soon give more guidance with regards to the expected start date of operations and the operating costs.
